How much is too much?

How much time do you spend on your computer each day?
Spent on average 2 hours per day, only use for research and to communicate with friends who are far away.

How about texting your friends on your cell phone?

I do not usually send many messages to friends on phone, I prefer to call.

Some kids (and adults too) spend several hours each day using their computers and phones to play games, e-mail, chat, and text. Is this too much time?

In my opinion yes, because you get less time with their friends and family.

Should parents limit the amount of time kids do these activities?

Surely, children must have limits, because eventually leaving to study and play with friends to stay in front of the computer.

What are the possible problems of spending too long on the computer?

The possible problem is, sedentary lifestyle, lack of study, to isolate people.
